Dear Tender Participant,

GIZ-Baku Office would like to announce a tender on purchase of different varieties of seeds for agricultural field in Kurdamir.

Should you be interested in delivering of seeds listed in the Annex 1, we request you to submit us your financial offer incl. VAT latest by 10th of February 2022 via email to the following email address: AZ_Quotation@giz.de. The subject of the email should be clearly marked as “Financial offer / “Seeds ECOserve”.

The bidders should offer the listed varieties of seeds (with indication of the price per kilo) they have in stock and can deliver them within a week after the purchase order is placed. For crops for which no specific variety is indicated, please list which varieties you have in stock.

Delivery place is Kurdamir district, Garis Eyribend village. We are expecting the delivery of good latest on 21st of February 2022. Pls. note that 100% of payment will be done immediately after delivery.

If you do not receive an order in writing within one week of expiry of the deadline for the submission of offers, your bid has not been accepted. You shall not receive separate notice to this effect.
